ANTITRUST REPORT: MEETING C.N.O.- ANCL - ENPACL CLARIFICATION BRUNETTA - CALDERONE

While the first negative reactions are being recorded from the political environment about the Antitrust report regarding law 12/79 (see speech by Hon. Lopresti on www.consulentidellavoro.it), the anticipated meeting organized by President Calderone with the senior management of Ancl and Enpacl at the offices of the National Council took place at the offices of the National Council. Attendants included the Ancl General Secretary - Francesco Longobardi – and the Enpacl Vicepresident - Adalberto Bertucci who congratulated President Calderone for the immediate and vibrant reaction in her two-fold role as president of Cno and Cup. The interviews published on the two financial papers (in particular the one on the first page of Italia Oggi) and on Corriere della Sera were considered a first effective reaction.

An intense debate followed which also dealt with the significance of the role of Ancl and the usefulness of coordinating subsequent actions. The objective which must be pursued in the near future is to be in contact with the political environment, which will happen as of the next few days through meetings that are being set up. We will particularly favour the contacts with the recipients of the Antitrust report that is, the Presidents of the Chamber and Senate and the two surveillance Ministries.

MODERNIZATION OF THE STATE: DIRECT LINE BRUNETTA-CALDERONE

During the crowded press conference held in the Public Affairs Ministry for the presentation of the Pec project, Minister Renato Brunetta asked Marina Calderone, president of Cup and of Labour Consultants to stand by his side.
In the meantime, the National Council was called to illustrate the DUI project, taken as an example as a necessary tool for the modernization of the State. The Minister praised labour consultants and clarified the recent differences of opinions with president Calderone. With respect to Pec, as you may recall, by November 30, it shall be necessary to hold a PEC in order to communicate with the State Administration. Provincial Councils are collecting the last petitions for the issuance of the DUI which will be associated to the activation of a certified mailbox.
