CALDERONE RESPONDS TO CONFINDUSTRIA ABOUT THE VALUE OF PROFESSIONS
Confindustria attacks and orders respond. The president of the Cup Marina Calderone invites Emma Marcegaglia to a discussion on how to restart the economy. The orders suggest new ideas to reform the p.a. and stimulate a recovery. Marcegaglia at the Confindustria Assembly invites the Government to not take a step back regarding liberalizations in the professional world and Calderone exhorts to verify that Bersani’s blanket solutions (elimination of minimum unavoidable fees and advertising restrictions) did not produce any benefits. On the morning after the public assembly of industrials, Calderone in her role as the principal representative of the orders, speaks up to denounce the criticisms of the head of “viale dell'Astronomia”, and also to invite Mrs. Marcegaglia to initiate a new period of confrontation about the economic recovery.



ENPALS PIN END OF VALIDITY DOES NOT CONCERN LABOUR CONSULTANTS
With respect to the numerous requests for the assignation of a new PIN received after the publishing of a message on the Enpals website until a few days ago regarding the expiration of the present PIN to access electronic services as of June 1°, 2010, be advised that said expiration does not concern Labour Consultants who may easily continue operating with the ones in their possession.
Presently, the same website indicates on the PIN code request page for intermediaries that Labour Consultants may request the PIN directly from the National Council.
All PIN codes received to this date have been transmitted to the appropriate Provincial Councils to which interested parties may forward their requests. For all new members, the National Council periodically sends the request for pertaining PIN codes and therefore it is no longer necessary for Provincial Councils or single new members to make individual requests.



FONDAZIONE STUDI 2009 QUERIES JOURNAL EDITED BY TELECONSUL
The Journal “Doubts and Queries” has been published containing the answers provided by the Study Foundation of the National Council during 2009. This brand new editorial work prepared by TeleConsul Editore, contains more than 350 queries and answers divided by topic for a quicker consultation. Doubts, questions, contradictions: uncertainties that fill the minds of those who must act as intermediaries on a daily basis among Institutions, businesses and regulations are many and frequent. One of the most intense activities of Fondazione Studi is to respond to queries raised by members. This is one of the more frequently used update instruments in light of the speed of the responses that come from experts from Fondazione Studi. Among the topics: apprenticeship, mandatory employment, foreigners, profession, single register, sanctions and surveillance, tax substitutes, safety on the job and all institutes of the reform of the labour market (accessory, project, on call, part-time, etc.).



REGIONAL CONFERENCE IN EMILIA ROMAGNA JUNE 18/19
 “A restart in the new economy, the strategic role of Professions”. This is the topic of the Regional Conference in Emilia Romagna which will take place on June 18 and 19 in Rimini that will be attended by the Work Minister Sacconi, the Equal Opportunity Minister Carfagna, the State Deputy Secretary Giovanardi, in addition to numerous scholars and authorities. The event aims at providing responses regarding key issues such as the perspectives of professions, the interventions to support the businesses in the region, women-economics and the new growth formula, equal opportunities and civil mediation, the collegato lavoro and much more; it will be filled with presentations and debates regarding all hot topics in the labour market while we wait for the economic recovery. The meeting is organized by Provincial Councils and by the AnclSU Regional Council of Emilia Romagna and it also anticipates the participation of the Fondazione Studi experts and the trade national executives.



PART TIME IN CONSTRUCTION AND CONTRIBUTION CONSEQUENCES
The Study Foundation of Labour Consultants issued on this subject memorandum n. 8/10 which systematically analyzes the issue reaching, however, a different conclusion than the one of Inps which, in memorandum n. 6/2010, recently spoke about the contribution obligation regarding part-time work relations in the construction industry.



WORK FESTIVAL IN TREIA (MC): RESERVATIONS BOOM
Over 80 people in total in guests, speakers, journalists and moderators to manage 3 days of full immersion into the job world with a series of events, also simultaneous, which will follow each other with a single underlying topic: work.  An actual “happening” which scientific assumption is based on the meaning to attribute to the term «work»; in other words, each attributed meaning represents one of the 9 discussion theme areas which will serve as the basis for the approximately 60 events of the Festival.
These are the figures anticipated for the first Work Festival, planned for June 24 to the 26, 2010; a unique event in a unique frame: Treia, a small medieval village that is still intact, resting on the hills that is preparing to welcome almost 2000 people consisting of organizers and possible present and future players in the work environment.



LABOUR CONSULTANTS SOCCER CHAMPIONSHIP: VICTORY OF CAGLIARI
The Cagliari team has won the sixth editing of the soccer tournament for labour consultants. In a totally Sardinian game, the red and blue team beat the colleagues from Sassari during the finals with a score of 5-0 . The final game for the third and fourth positions was played in Olbia, and won by Veneto over Lombardy. The summons to join the National Team of Labour Consultants will be sent out shortly.
