Tomorrow, Tuesday, January 19, on Radiouno, the president of the National Council Marina Calderone will be interviewed during the program “The Radio talks about it” (at 12.35) on the current issue regarding the immigration management policies.

Labour Consultants on channel Rai 1. Last Thursday, the program "La vita in diretta" (Life live), in Lamberto Sposini’s sitting room, dealt with tax pressure and labour costs. Enzo De Fusco, the scientific coordinator at Fondazione Studi, represented labour consultants. The video is available on the national website.



SINGLE REGISTER: LASER PRINT OF THE CED MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY INAIL
The new memorandum by Inail is in line with the National Council of the Order position regarding the abusive exercise of the profession.
In note prot. 60010, published on 15/01/2010, Inail reviews the authorization criteria for the laser print of the work single register. In particular, for employers who rely on data processing companies to manage wage statements and the printing of the single register, in addition to the pre-authorized form from the software company, they must request a further authorization for the print in laser form. No requirements are anticipated for businesses relying on labour consultants’ services.



TRAINING SESSIONS MADE POSSIBLE THROUGH THE LABOUR CONSULTANTS FOUNDATION
Orientation apprenticeships through the Labour Consultants Foundation, chaired by Mauro Capitanio. Labour Consultants will be able to activate orientation apprenticeships for their own firms and clients, offering the young the possibility to have a real and compensated experience in a business to facilitate the professional choices of those who are about to enter the labour market.

NO LINES AT THE INTERNAL REVENUE TELLER FOR INTERMEDIARIES
Civis was launched throughout Italy, the web channel created by the Internal Revenue Service to provide online assistance to intermediaries. A new connection process which allows professionals to request consulting without having to travel to the financial Administration offices.
Therefore the Service unites effectiveness, efficiency and savings through the optimization of back office processes.
The experimental phase was launched over the past few months in Lombardy, Tuscany, Liguria, Emilia Romagna, Molise, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Puglia, Marche, Umbria and Valle D'Aosta, and also thanks to Labour Consultants who had already subscribed specific agreements at the local level, it allowed to make this initiative operational at the National level.



LABOUR CONSULTANTS AT THE ROME MARATHON
There have been numerous notices of interest on the part of labour consultants regarding participation to the 16th Rome Marathon. All the colleagues who have decided to participate or who will decide to do so, may do it jointly, running with the labour consultants shirt.
