COLLEGATO LAVORO: DISCUSSION RESUMES AS OF THE 18TH– FIRST COMMENTS IN BARLETTA ON THE 21ST
The discussion resumes this week about the bill (C. 1441-quater-F) concerning proxies to the Government regarding strenuous jobs, reorganization of offices, leaves or authorized absences, social shock absorbers, services for employment, incentives for occupation, apprenticeship, female occupation as well as measures against underground work and provisions regarding state employment and labour disputes. The examination of the collegato lavoro will be at the centre of the debate during the Conference organized by the Provincial Council of Barletta Adria Trani on October 21, 2010.
TOTAL TAX REDUCTION OF NIGHT WORK? FONDAZIONE RESPONDS
After the recent interventions of the Internal Revenue Service, resolution n.83/10 and memorandums n. 47/10 and 48/10, Fondazione Studi responds to some queries regarding the possibility to reduce the taxes on compensation for night work. It particularly speaks of night shifts as a form of organizational efficiency, of night work connected to a positive result for the employer and of the measurability of the results by the same employer rather than by the financial administration.
REGIONAL CONFERENCE IN SARDEGNA: MAIN CHARACTERS IN A CHANGING WORK ENVIRONMENT
The 12th regional conference of Sardinia will take place at the Forte Village Resort of Santa Margherita di Pula from October 21 to the 23, 2010. Among the topics discussed, also in round tables, the taxation of overtime and of incentives, inspections and investigations by the revenue police, the role of bilateral offices, financing for the small and medium-size businesses, the news in the 2010 corrective manoeuvre. The top executives of the trade will participate to the meetings.
MONITORING OF INSPECTIONS AND VALIDITY CHECK
This is the topic of the Third National Conference on surveillance regarding work tat will be held in Rome on October 28, at the Palazzo Brancaccio on Viale del Monte Oppio, 7 at 9.00 o’clock. The Conference “From the inspection to the verification of regularity: for a more complete monitoring of the working conditions in businesses” will deal with various subjects regarding surveillance, safety, protection and actions for work with the participation of Minister Sacconi, of many officers from the Work Ministry, Law Enforcement, Social Security offices and of the National President Marina Calderone.
NOVEMBER FILLED WITH MEETINGS ON REFORM OF LAW 12/79 AND SURVEILLANCE
A few meetings have been set among regional and provincial managers with the national management and the work ministry during the month of November. The periodic Conference of Regional Representatives has been set for the morning of November the 11th, to discuss the reform of law 12/79, while in the afternoon of that same day the regional managers of Labour Consultants will confront representatives of the regional labour main offices regarding inspection activities at the work ministry. The Provincial Councils Assembly, on the other hand, will be held on November 26 and 27 at the Roma Eventi in Piazza di Spagna.
