“MILLEPROROGHE” DECREE (ONE THOUSAND DEFERMENTS) "REVEALED"
Fondazione Studi has analyzed the text of the law Decree 194/09 so-called Milleproroghe (One Thousand Extensions), which moves some deadlines established by the legal provisions in force. A comparison article by article of the norms affected by the provision including the regulation references contained therein and the amendments underlined.

INCONSISTENCIES IN 2010 FINANCIAL ACT
The text of the so-called "Connected Work" approved by the Senate (A.S. n. 1167) contains several inconsistencies which may affect the certainty of the judicial and procedural system. The Study Foundation of the National Council of Labour Consultants suggests a detailed analysis of the various inconsistencies while underlining the identified critical points.

COMMENT TO FINANCIAL ACT BY PRESIDENT CALDERONE
“This is a Financial Act which does not take professions into account", stated Marina Calderone, president of the Cup (Professions unitary Committee) and of the National Council in the editorials of 'Il Sole 24 ore' regarding the 2010 economic manoeuvre by the government. The President underlined the lack of attention with respect to professional orders.

PENSIONS: LABOUR CONSULTANTS’ COMMENTS AT THE TG1 NEWS
The beginning of the new year brings news regarding social security. In 2010 a large part of Italian employed individuals will have accrued the right to a pension. The situation was presented at the Tg1 newscast in a report which included, with the help of Fondazione Studi, an explanation of some technical details. In addition, a summary chart helps in understanding the present evolution of the Italian retirement situation.

COLLABORATION WITH THE AIRPORT DAILY NEWSPAPER
A collaboration was launched between labour consultants and Milano Finanza News, an afternoon financial newspaper, circulated for free in the main Italian airports. The publication that addresses the ample audience of air travellers deals with finances, economy, taxation and work. Every Thursday issue will include a technical article prepared by the experts from Fondazione Studi regarding current affairs topics.
